I use T-max RS developer at 68 degrees.
Most recommendations are to use this developer at 75 degrees. For me
68 degrees is an easier temperature to maintain and I have not seen any
major changes in the characteristic curve when changing from one temperature
to the other. I use T-Max RS diluted either 1:5 or 1:9. This
means 1 part developer concentrate to 5 or 9 parts water, so I do not follow
the mixing instructions that come on the bottle. When I first open the
package I pour the entire contents of packet B into the bottle A, put the
lid on and shake to mix well. I will then measure the concentrate as I
need it and keep the unused portion in the sealed bottle in my
refrigerator.
