This is one of my favorite images of the fall season. It was made with one of my “large format” cameras. That is one of those cameras that looks like an accordion and you put a hood over your head to see the image upside-down on a 4″x 5″ screen, it uses one sheet of film at a time and makes a 4″x 5″ negative. I made this image at the Stuhr Museum in Grand Island, Nebraska at one of their many living history displays.
